The WeWALK Smart Cane made history in 2018 by bringing the Edison Award to Turkey for the first time. In 2019, TIME Magazine named it one of the best inventions of the year. To date, WeWALK has been featured in over 5,000 publications across 50+ languages, including CNN International, BBC, Forbes, Bloomberg, and The Times.

Having reached thousands of visually impaired individuals in 50 countries, WeWALK is also one of Microsoft’s exclusive global partners. In collaboration with Microsoft and Imperial College, WeWALK continuously advances its R&D efforts, leveraging AI technology to develop even more accessible and inclusive solutions.
