In collaboration with YGA, UP School, Ford Otosan, and Ford Motor Company Fund, the

Role Model Women in Technology Program provides young women with technology education and opportunities to create social impact. The program is designed for female university students in preparatory, first, and second-year classes, equipping them with essential skills for the future.

Participants receive technology training from UP School, while YGA’s double-winged leadership program instills a strong sense of social responsibility and impact.

Designed to cultivate women leaders who will create change from Turkey to the world, this initiative empowers young women to thrive in the tech industry and contribute to society.

As the tech industry evolves rapidly, you can be at the forefront of this change. Unfortunately, the number of women in the technology sector remains low both in Turkey and worldwide. The Role Model Women in Technology Program was created to address this gap and support young women in advancing their careers in technology.

This program is designed for female university students in preparatory, first, and second-year classes, combining technical training with social skills development.

YGA Social Impact Training: 

Live Sessions & Q&A with Industry Leaders: Interactive discussions with expert role models in the technology sector.

Science Field Experience: At the end of the 8-week online program, active participants will join Science Sessions with primary school students who have limited resources but limitless dreams, serving as role models for the next generation.

Role Model Women in Technology Camp: Participants who engage actively throughout the program will attend an inspirational tech camp at Özyeğin University, where they will meet female role models in technology and reinforce their learning.

Internship & GIU Program Referral Opportunities: Top-performing participants will receive referral-based applications for internships and the GIU Program, helping them take the next step in their careers.
